2. Perishable vs Non-Perishable Goods

  • Fresh Items: Fruits, vegetables, and greens cannot be returned.
  • Groceries: Oils, flours, and grains are eligible for return.
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, sealed, and unused.
  • Return Window: Eligible items must be returned within 7 days.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: We inspect returned items upon receipt.
  • Approval: Approved returns trigger an immediate refund.
  • Payment Method: Refunds route to your original payment mode.
  • Processing Time: Credit reflects within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened Seals: Used or opened organic products.
  • Change of Mind: No returns for personal taste preferences.
  • Expired Window: Requests made past the reporting deadlines.
  • Incorrect Address: Deliveries failed due to wrong customer inputs.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Address: Mail your product to: Sector 19, Panvel, Maharashtra 410206.
  • Tracking: If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
